Limited Release - Made as a direct by-product of Esquimalt Root Comapnay's Vermouth and Rootside Mixers. After juicing the fresh ginger used in our Ginger Beer Mix, we then take the spent Ginger pulp and mascerate it in alcohol to create these the base ginger extract. We also used spent lemon rinds from Good Life Juice and process them using traditional limoncello techniques before the final blending. 

Our bitters are made for life on the bar. Featuring waterproof labels, a quick Peychaud's style dasher cap, colour differentiating cap straps, and a clear bottle to see the volume. 

Ingredients: alcohol (38% alc./vol.), water, ginger, lemon peel, coriander, elderflower, wormwood, tartaric acid, capsicum
